Deglycosylation of ab108590. To examine deglycosylation of ab108590, 1 µg of ab108590 is denatured with 1X Glycoprotein Denaturing Buffer at 100°C for 10 minutes. After the addition of NP-40 and G7 Reaction Buffer, two-fold dilutions of PNGase F are added and the reaction mix is incubated for 1 or 3 hour at 37°C. Separation of reaction products are visualized by immunoblotting with antibody against anti-Human progranulin. Lane 1: Non-teated Lane 2: PNGase F, 1 hr Lane 3: PNGase F, 3 hr
