Lysate from Mouse erythrolekemia cells MEL11A2 (lane 1), untransfected Mouse myoblast cells C2C12 (lane 2) , C2C12 cells transfected with Dnmt1 overexpressing plasmid (lane 3) and C2C12 cells transfected with negative control plasmid (lane 4) were immunoprecipitated under denaturing conditions using ab87656. The immunoprecipitae was subsequently loaded on a gel and probed with ab87656 at 1yg/ml.
