Detection of Human/Mouse/Rat PLC-beta 4 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of DU145 human prostate carcinoma cell line, H4‑II‑E‑C3 rat hepatoma cell line, and Neuro‑2A mouse neuroblastoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human/Mouse/Rat PLC-beta 4 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5128) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). A specific band was detected for PLC-beta 4 at approximately 140 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
