Western blot of anti-hSPHK1-M1 antibody in 293 cell line lysates transiently transfected with the SPHK1 gene (2 ug/lane). hSPHK1-M1(arrow) was detected using the purified antibody.
The anti-SphK1 antibody is used in Western blot (Lane 2) to detect c-myc-tagged SphK1 in transfected 293 cell lysate (a c-myc antibody is used as control in Lane 1). Data is kindly provided by Dr. J. Van Brocklyn from the Ohio State University (Columbus, OH).
