Detection of Human MKI67IP by Western Blot of Immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MKI67IP antibody used for IP at 6 ug/mg lysate. MKI67IP was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-MKI67IP antibody BL14642. For blotting immunoprecipitated MKI67IP, was used at 0.2 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
