Immunofluorescence analysis of HEK293T cells transiently transfected with TAS2R38, staining TAS2R38 with ab65509 at 1/3500 dilution.
Immunohistochemical analysis of Human circumvallate papillae, staining TAS2R38 with ab65509. Slides were fixed in paraformaldehyde and blocked in 10% normal horse serum + 0.5% Triton X-100 for 1 hour at room temperature. Sections were incubated with primary antibody (1/4000 in 5% normal horse serum + 0.2% Triton X-100 in PBS) overnight at 4°C. A fluoroscein-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody.
