ab86462 staining Sonic Hedgehog on an E11.5 mouse embryo by immunohistochemistry (left). The tissue was paraformaldehyde fixed and blocked in 1% BSA for 30 mins at RT. The primary antibody was diluted 1/100 and incubated with the sample for 16 hours at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated donkey anti-rat antibody was used as the secondary.
