Immunocytochemistry/Immunoflyorescence analysis of schwann cell (SC) -like cells induced from rat adipose-derived stem cells (ADSC) labelling S100 beta with ab11179. Nuclei are labeled with DAPI (blue). Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde, blocked with normal goat serum, and incubated with the primary antibody (1:500) overnight at 4°C. Followed by incubation with secondary antibody at room temperature for 1 hour.
