Immunohistochemical analysis of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma tissue, staining MCP1 with ab73680. Antigen retrieval was performed by heat mediation in citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Tissue was blocked with 1% BSA for 10 min. The samples incubated overnight with primary antibody (1/40). Staining was detected using DAB. Sections were counterstained with hematoxylin.
