Ab52919 at 1/250 dilution staining human fetal colon tissue; paraffin embedded.
Immunohistochemical analysis of murine intervertebral discs, staining Ihh (red) with ab52919. Sections were fixed in paraformaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 for 20 minutes and blocked in blocking buffer for one hour. Samples were incubated with diluted primary antibody overnight at 4°C before being incubated with a Cy5®-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG as secondary antibody.
