Immunohistochemistical detection of FOXP3 using antibody ab15590 on paraformaldehyde perfusion fixed mouse heart tissue sections. Primary antibody ab15590 diluted at 1/300 and incubated for 18 hours @ 20°C in PBS + 0.3 % Triton X100. Secondary antibody: Goat anti-rabbit biotin conjugated (1/300). Immunoreactivity visualised by DAB; the antibody produced a puctuated and cytoplasmic staining in cardiac cells.See Abreview
