Cyclin E Antibody (HE111) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 lambda light chain antibody that detects cyclin E of mouse, rat, and human origin through western blotting, immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescence, and immunohistochemistry. Cyclin E (HE111) antibody is offered in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase, phycoerythrin, fluorescein isothiocyanate, and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Cyclin E plays a pivotal role in the regulation of the cell cycle, particularly during the transition from the G1 phase to S phase. Cyclin E partners with the transcription factor E2F to drive the expression of genes necessary for DNA synthesis.
