BRD2 Antibody (G-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects BRD2 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). BRD2 Antibody (G-4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. BRD2, also known as RING3, plays a crucial role in cellular processes as a mitogen-activated nuclear protein, with its gene located in the human major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II region, which implicates BRD2 in HLA-associated diseases.
