SEE ALSO...

XRCC3 Antibody (D-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects XRCC3 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). XRCC3 (D-7) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. XRCC3 protein plays a crucial role in DNA repair processes, specifically in maintaining chromosome stability during cell division. XRCC3 is essential for repairing DNA double-strand breaks through homologous recombination, a process that ensures genetic integrity and prevents genomic instability, which can lead to cancer and other diseases. XRCC3 interacts directly with Rad51, a key protein in homologous recombination repair pathway, facilitating accurate repair of damaged DNA. This interaction is vital for proper functioning of DNA repair machinery, as any defects in XRCC3 or associated proteins can compromise cellular ability to repair DNA, ultimately affecting cell survival and proliferation. Anti-XRCC3 antibody (D-7) enables researchers to gain insights into mechanisms of DNA repair and implications of genetic stability in various biological contexts.
