Integrin αL/M/X/β2 Antibody (24) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Integrin αL/M/X/β2 protein of human origin by immunoprecipitation (IP) and flow cytometry (FCM). Anti-Integrin αL/M/X/β2 antibody (24) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Integrin αL/M/X/β2 (24) antibody recognizes a protein that plays a crucial role in immune response by facilitating leukocyte adhesion to endothelial cells, essential for immune cell migration to inflammation or injury sites. This process enables immune cells to exit bloodstream and infiltrate tissues where they combat pathogens or repair damage. Integrin αL/M/X/β2 functions as a heterodimer, composed of alpha and beta subunits, forming a receptor that binds to various ligands, including intracellular adhesion molecules (ICAMs). Anti-Integrin αL/M/X/β2 antibody (24) helps researchers study immune cell trafficking mechanisms and explore implications for inflammatory diseases and therapeutic interventions.
