SEE ALSO...

CD30 Antibody (Ber-H2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CD30 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and flow cytometry (FCM). CD30 (Ber-H2) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CD30, a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor family, plays a crucial role in regulating immune responses and is primarily expressed on activated T and B lymphocytes, as well as in certain neoplastic cells, particularly in Hodgkin′s lymphoma and other hematologic malignancies. CD30′s structure, characterized by its cystine-rich extracellular domain, is essential for interaction with ligands such as CD30L, which can either promote cell proliferation or exert antiproliferative effects depending on the cellular context. This dual functionality highlights CD30′s importance in both normal immune regulation and in the pathogenesis of malignancies, making anti-CD30 antibody (Ber-H2) a valuable tool for researchers studying immune responses and cancer biology.
