CD30 Antibody (Ber-H2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CD30 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and flow cytometry (FCM). CD30 (Ber-H2) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CD30, a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor family, plays a crucial role in regulating immune responses and is primarily expressed on activated T and B lymphocytes, as well as in certain neoplastic cells, particularly in Hodgkin′s lymphoma and other hematologic malignancies. CD30′s structure, characterized by its cystine-rich extracellular domain, is essential for interaction with ligands such as CD30L, which can either promote cell proliferation or exert antiproliferative effects depending on the cellular context.
