ZnT-9 Antibody (C-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ZnT-9 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-ZnT-9 antibody (C-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ZnT-9, also known as HUEL (human embryonic lung protein) or SLC30 member 9, plays a crucial role in cellular zinc homeostasis, which is vital for numerous biological processes, including enzyme function, gene expression, and cellular signaling. ZnT-9 (C-3) monoclonal antibody recognizes a unique structure that includes six membrane-spanning domains and a large histidine-rich intracellular loop, allowing effective transport of zinc ions across cellular membranes.
