Kininogen HC Antibody (H-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody that detects Kininogen HC in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Kininogen HC, a 644 amino acid precursor protein expressed by the KNG1 gene, is secreted into blood plasma and plays a crucial role in the blood coagulation cascade. Anti-Kininogen HC antibody (H-5) ensures the proper positioning of prekallikrein and Factor XI, both essential for effective blood clotting, by interacting with Factor XII.
