Enolase Antibody (A-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Enolase in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Enolase antibody (A-5) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Enolase is a crucial enzyme in the glycolytic pathway, facilitating the conversion of 2-phosphoglycerate to phosphoenolpyruvate, which is a key step in energy production.
