p-caveolin-1 Antibody (G-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Tyr 14 phosphorylated caveolin-1 in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). p-caveolin-1 (G-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and multiple conjugated forms, such as agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and various Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Caveolin-1 plays a crucial role in forming caveolae, specialized flask-shaped invaginations of the plasma membrane that facilitate macromolecule transcytosis across endothelial cells and compartmentalize signaling molecules, including G protein-coupled receptors.
