Notch 4 Antibody (A-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Notch 4 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Notch 4 (A-12) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Notch 4 protein is a crucial component of the Notch signaling pathway, which is integral to cell communication and plays a significant role in regulating cell fate decisions during development.
