LRP6 Antibody (C-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects LRP6 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-LRP6 antibody (C-10) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. LRP6 plays a crucial role in mediating Wnt/β-catenin signaling, a pathway essential for numerous developmental processes such as body axis patterning, central nervous system development, limb formation, and organogenesis.
