SEE ALSO...

PLRG1 Antibody (E-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects PLRG1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PLRG1 (E-12) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. PLRG1, also known as pleiotropic regulator 1 or PRL1, is a 514 amino acid protein primarily localized to nuclear speckles and contains seven WD repeats. These WD repeats facilitate the formation of a tertiary propeller structure essential for PLRG1′s role in the multiprotein Cdc5L complex. This complex is vital for spliceosome assembly and pre-mRNA splicing process, which regulates gene expression. PLRG1 plays a significant role in chromatin assembly, cell cycle control, signal transduction, and RNA processing, making PLRG1 an important target for research in gene regulation and cellular function.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from low signal but clean bandThis antibody could only detect PLRG1 after IP, but not in the input of the same sample. Though, the band was very clean.
