LSm1 Antibody (A-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects LSm1 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). LSm1, also known as U6 snRNA-associated Sm-like protein, plays a crucial role in RNA metabolism by forming heptameric complexes that facilitate essential RNA-protein interactions and structural changes necessary for ribosomal subunit assembly.
