Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Mouse IgG and anti-Mouse serum. Typically, less than 1% cross reactivity was detected by ELISA against other mouse and human heavy or light chains isotypes using chain specific antibodies. |
