ELISA using ab17346 . The blue line indicates binding to the H2A phospho S1 immunising peptide ( ab17590 ). Binding to a peptide with an unmodified S1 residue (ab13186) was greatly reduced (red line). This indicates that ab17346 is specific for the modified peptide.
