A dilution series of recombinant LDHB in the working range of the assay

Example Curve. Sample experiment showing LDHB levels in human heart homogenate (HHH) and HeLa cell lysate. HepG2 cell lysate is shown as an LDHB-deficient negative control. Cell lysates at varying concentrations within the working range of the assay were analyzed. The difference in the HHH and HeLa curve shapes could be a result of HHH containing only LDHB homotetramers, while Hela contains LDH heterotetramers composed of both LDHA and LDHB encoded subunits

Linearity of dilution determined by comparing the interpolated LDHB content from a human heart homogenate (HHH) sample across its working range.

ELISA data with Hela (adenocarcinoma) cell lysate, HepG2 (human hepatocellular carcinoma) cell lysate, Hek293T (embryonic kidney) cell lysate, MCF7 (adenocarcinoma) cell lysate, and human heart homogenate (HHH). The LDHB content of each material agrees with literature predictions.
