PBMC were grown in the absence or presence of phytohemagglutinin (PHA) for 2 days. IL-17A concentrations were measured in neat, 2X and 4X diluted cell culture supernatants of the stimulated and unstimulated PBMC and in neat and 2X diluted media. The mean adjusted IL-17A concentration (adjusted for sample dilution) was determined to be 231 pg/mL in stimulated PBMC supernatant.
