ab10214 at a 1/400 dilution staining rat cardiomyocytes by immunocytochemistry. The cells were paraformaldehyde fixed and blocked with 2% serum. The antibody was incubated with the cells for 16 hours and then bound antibody was detected using an Alexa Fluor® 594 conjugated donkey Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L). ab10214 (1/100) staining differentiated mouse embryonic stem cells (green). Mouse embryonic stem cells were differentiated for 12 days to form cardiomyocytes, fixed in methanol and blocked in 1% serum for 1 hour. ab10214 was incubated with the cells for 1 hour at room temperature and detected using goat anti mouse Alexa Fluor® 488 (1/500). DAPI staining was used to detect the nuclei (blue).
