ab135225 staining Asparaginase in Mice which had been injected, by iv, with Asparaginase or solvent and sacrificed 16 hours after injection. Tissues were stained for presence of Asparaginase by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde and blocked (2% Normal Goat serum and 2% BSA) for 30 minutes at 20°C; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in a citrate buffer. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/1500 in blocking buffer) for 1 hours at 20°C. A Biotin-conjugated Goat anti-rabbit monoclonal (1/1000) was used as the secondary antibody.See Abreview
