Immunohistochemical analysis of cleavage-stage Human embryo, staining Artemin (green) with ab101952. Embyros were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 30 min at 23°C. After permeabilization with 0.1% Triton X-100, embryos were pre-incubated in 5% BSA for 1 hour before incubation with primary antibody (diluted in PBS with 1% BSA) overnight at 4°C. A FITC-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody.
