Immunohistochemical analysis of cancer biopsies of deparaffinized Human colon, myocardial, hepatic and renal cell carcinoma tissues labeling Aconitase 2 with ab175350 at 1/800 dilution. Detection was performed using a goat anti-mouse HRP secondary antibody followed by colorimetric detection using DAB substrate. Tissues were counterstained with hematoxylin and prepped for mounting.

Immunofluorescent analysis of formalin-fixed HeLa cells labeling Aconitase 2 with ab175350 at 1/100 dilution (green). Detection utilised DyLight 488 goat-anti-mouse secondary antibody at a dilution of 1/400. Nuclei (blue) were stained with Hoechst 33342 dye.
