ab23932 staining 58K Golgi protein in human liver tissue by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections). Steamed antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6 was performed. AP staining was used as the detection method.Note the distinct staining of membranes and cytoplasm in a selection of hepatocytes.
