Western blot analysis of extracts from 293T cells, mock transfected (-) or transfected with a construct expressing full-length Myc/DDK-tagged human TIA-1 protein (hTIA-1-Myc/DDK; +), using TIA-1 Antibody (upper) and Myc-Tag (71D10) Rabbit mAb #2278 (lower).

Immunoprecipitation of TIA-1 from Jurkat cell extracts using Normal Rabbit IgG #2729 (lane 2) or TIA-1 Antibody (lane 3). Lane 1 is 10% input. Western blot was performed with TIA-1 Antibody. A Mouse Anti-rabbit IgG (Conformation Specific) (L27A9) mAb #3678 was used as a secondary antibody to prevent reactivity with IgG heavy chain.
