Western Blot: LRRC45 Antibody [NBP2-29995] - Western blot analysis of lysates from human blood plasma tissue (from left to right),using (C-term)(NBP2-29995). NBP2-29995 was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.Lysates at 35ug per lane.

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: LRRC45 Antibody [NBP2-29995] - Immunofluorescent analysis of U251 cells, using (C-term) (NBP2-29995). NBP2-29995 was diluted at 1:25 dilution. Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody (green). Cytoplasmic actin was counterstained with Dylight Fluor 554 (red) conjugated Phalloidin (red).

Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: LRRC45 Antibody [NBP2-29995] - Immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human placenta tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining.This data demonstrates the use of (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
