Western blot shows lysates of KATO‑III human gastric carcinoma cell line, HEK293T human embryonic kidney cell line, and B16‑F1 mouse melanoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human LRIG3 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3495) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for LRIG3 at approximately 160 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
