Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Glutaminase Antibody [NBP2-29940] - Fluorescent image of Hela cells stained with XAF1 (C-term)(Cat# NBP2-29940). The antibody was diluted at 1:25 dilution. An Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue). Cytoplasmic actin was counterstained with Alexa Fluor 555 conjugated with Phalloidin (red).

Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Glutaminase Antibody [NBP2-29940] - Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded H.kidney section using (C-term)(Cat# NBP2-29940). The antibody was diluted at 1:25 dilution. A peroxidase-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.

Flow Cytometry: Glutaminase Antibody [NBP2-29940] - flow cytometric analysis of HepG2 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
