Detection of Mouse XRN1 by Western Blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 ug) from NIH3T3, TCMK-1, 4T1, and CT26.WT cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-XRN1 antibody used for WB at 0.2 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
Detection of Human XRN1 by Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (5, 15 and 50 ug for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) and 293T (T; 50 ug) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-XRN1 antibody used for WB at 0.1 ug/ml (A) and 1 ug/ml (B) and used for IP at 3 ug/mg lysate. XRN1 was also immunoprecipitated by -2, which is a previous lot of this antibody. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds (A) and 10 seconds (B).
