Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat PP2C alpha/PPM1A by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line, Neuro-2A mouse neuroblastoma cell line, and Rat-2 rat embryonic fibroblast cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 ug/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat PP2C alpha/PPM1A Monoclonal Antibody followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for PP2C alpha/PPM1A at approximately 41 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
