Western Blotting Analysis: Representative lot data. Mouse cerebellum tissue lysate was probed with Cat. No. MABN516, Anti-TARPGamma2/4/8, clone N245/36 (1 µg/mL). Proteins were visualized using a Goat Anti-Mouse IgG secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates TARPGamma2/4/8 (~38 kDa).
