Overlay histogram of HUVEC cells stained with antibody ab7047 in PBS/0.1% saponin for 1 hours at 4°C.(Black line - no stain, Red line - isotype control, Blue- ab7047).
ab7047 staining VE Cadherin in endothelial cells by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence. Endothelial cells were fixed with 4% PFA (15 minutes, room temperature), and then permeabilized with 0.5% Triton X-100 (3 minutes, room temperature). Cells were incubated with a final concentration of 10ug/ml BV9. Secondary detection was performed with anti-mouse Alexa Fluor® 647 and counterstained using DAPI.
