ab88103 staining SIAH Interacting Protein by Immunofluorescence of HeLa cells. Cells were fixed and permeablised using 2 mL of 4% paraformaldehyde solution/2 mL of 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS prior to staining with ab88103, used at 10ug/ml, followed by secondary antibody conjugated to FITC.
