Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and blocked with 100% Sniper for 8 minutes at 21°C; antigen retrieval in 10mM citrate buffer for 20 minutes at 95°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100) for 8 hours at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor® 555-conjugated Donkey anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/500) was used as the secondary antibody.See Abreview
