Mouse E10.5 neural tube stained with Math1 antibody ab27667 (red). Embryos were fixed in 4% PFA in phosphate buffer for 2 h at 4 degrees. Rinsed well with phosphate buffer including an overnight rinse (all at 4 degrees). Sunk in 30% sucrose/phos buffer and embedded in OCT for cryosection. Math1 antibody ab27667 was used at 1/1000 dilution.
ab27667 staining mouse adrenal tissue sections by IHC-P. Sections were formaldehyde fixed and subjected to heat mediated antigen retrieval in citrate buffer (pH 6) prior to blocking. The primary antibody was diluted 1/200 and incubated with the sample for 40 minutes at 20°C. A HRP conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody was used as the secondary.See Abreview
