This maybe due to low expression/abundance of Jagged 2 compounded by the fact that Jagged 2 expression is developmentally regulated and induced making it difficult to detect in whole tissue homogenates. In favour of the Jagged 2 antibody (ab10556), this WB shows relatively low background and minimal cross reactivity in tissue lysate.
