ab82968 staining IGF2BP1 in dog kidney, sebaceous gland, and epidermis by Immunohistochemistry (paraffin embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with formalin, an antigen retrieval step was performed using a pH6 antigen retrieval solution. Tissue was then blocked followed by incubation with the primary antibody, at a 1/500 dilution, for 16 hours at 4°C.
