Flow cytometric analysis of 2% paraformaldehyde fixed K562 cells labeling HSPA4 with ab185219 at 1/300 dilution (red) compared with a rabbit monoclonal IgG control (green). Goat anti rabbit IgG (FITC) at 1/150 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.

Western blot analysis of immunoprecipitation pellet from K562 cell lysate labeling HSPA4 using ab185219 at a 1/50 dilution. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated secondary antibody was used at a 1/1000 dilution.
