Detection of Human hSET1 by Immunoprecipitation. Control IgG used in lane 1, ab70379 used at 5 µg/5mg nuclear extract from 293T cells in lane 2. Immunoprecipitated hSET1 was detected with post IP WB using ab70379 at 0.2 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence.
