ab75745 at 1/100 dilution staining GSK3 beta in human Hela cells by ICC/IF.
ab75745 staining GSK3 beta (phospho Y216) in medial entorhinal cortex of MPS IIIB mice by Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections). Sections were cut sagittally and permeabilized in 1% Triton X-100 in PBS for 1 hour at ambient temperature. After washing with H2O2 in methanol, sections were incubated sequentially with 0.5% donkey serum, primary antibody and a biotin-labeled donkey secondary antibody in TBS + 2% BSA + 0.02% Tween 20. The signal was visualized with DAB and counterstained with hematoxylin.
