2 µg of ab128063 was added to aliquots of cleared HeLa cell lysates from transfected Human cell lines and incubated for 2 hr at 4°C. Protein-G Dynabeads were then added, and lysates were incubated for additional 2 hr at 4°C to capture the IgG-protein complex. Anti-V5 antibody was used in parallel as a positive control.
